Beach Zoomies rentals are street-legal LSVs. Before you drive, confirm the vehicle documents, equipment and the instructions supplied with your cart.
Florida’s current ordinary-golf-cart driver rules depend on age. For a Beach Zoomies rental, every driver needs a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance and their own signed waiver. Each driver must be approved before driving.
“Street-legal” still has limits.
Check both the vehicle category and local road restrictions. A cart’s appearance, a navigation app or another driver’s route is not proof that a road is permitted.
For a Beach Zoomies stay, keep the cart on the island and use permitted road parking before walking to the beach.
